On 13th July 2022, a one-day long database orientation was organized in Itahari under Decent Jobs subcomponent of RERP -SAMRIDDHI.
Altogether 24 Database focal persons representing 23 Training and Employment Service Providers (T&Es), contracted for imparting training and employment services to 1500 youths under Leading to Apprenticeship Model -1 (LAM-1) under RERP (SAMRIDDHI) for 2022, were oriented on the way of entering information into the database system of the project.
As the service providers are paid on the basis of the data generated and verified adhering outcome-based payment modality, the database system has a crucial role in the project. Among the total 24 participants 10 were women.
