National Start-Up Workshop of SAMRIDDHI project was commencedby Government of Nepal, Ministry of Industry on 18th June 2017 at Hotel Himalaya, Lalitpur. The formal program was chaired by Secretary Mr. Shankar Koirala, Ministry of Industry (MoI). The following member from different organization made presence in the workshop program.

Together various stakeholders, networks, peer groups within the project and outside from similar initiatives including IFAD funded operations in the country, research and partner institutions, media persons in total 100 members participated the workshop event.
Joint secretary of MoI, Mr Purushottam Nepal presented SAMRIDDHI-an IFAD-funded project’soverview and its implementation mechanism through public private partnership(PPP) for productive investment of remittances in establishing and promoting rural enterprises,creation of employment opportunities by utilizing local resources.
