RER Project under the 'SAMRIDDHI Fund' supports small farmers as a matching grant—30% from project and 70% from beneficiary’s self-contribution.

On 18 Sep 2020, RERP Janakpur Corridor office organized an event where project generated two producer groups under promotion of milk supply chain commodity received—small technology support on forage management at Madhavnarayan Municipality-4 of Rautahat district. The project handed over electric water motor for sanitation of cattle shade and chaff-cutter machine to 60 households.

After receiving this technology support small farmers can save almost half of the time and effort that has been spending for forage management. This support ultimately contributes in increasing milk production and productivity.
