29th-30th November 2017 RERP, PMO, Itahari organized the CPMA induction workshop chaired by Project Manager–Mr Saroj Prasad Guragain. The workshop program facilitated by RERP, Janakpur Corridor Office, Bardibas was organized in the premises of Lalgadh Leprosy Hospital of Dhanusha district. Altogether 34 participants from RERP Project Management Team (PMT) including from major service providing partners HELVETAS (team leader– Mr Bal Mukunda Neupane and designated staffs for RERP) and AEC Manager for RERP jointly engaged on the two days’ workshop.
As guided in the first joint supervision mission (from 2nd to 8th Nov 2017) technical guidance having similar assessment experience and established tools such as from High Value Agriculture Product (HVAP) project–Mr Sanjeev Shrestha facilitated the workshop. Mr Rakesh Jha, Business Development Specialist for RERP proposed and presented the overview of CPMA for discussion with the team members. The formal final session was also remarked by Mr Guru Bhakta Shrestha, project administration and account chief. The two days’ workshop clarified on; methodology of CPMA, procedure and information to be collected from district level stakeholders of 16 working districts along the road corridors.
