Decent Jobs । Leading to Apprenticeship Model

The Apprenticeship Model is one in which apprentices learn while working in accordance with the industry's demand, and they are prepared for employment within the same industry. The model operates in two approaches. Under Model 1, apprentices are sent to industries for 5 months after a month of training in theory and basic practical skills through a classroom model, where the training program is implemented according to the demands of smaller industries, led by training service providers. On the other hand, in Model 2, FNCCI (Federation of Nepal Chamber and Commerce) leads the training, and apprentices are sent to its affiliated industries (large-scale) as per their demands to produce skilled human resources. This training lasts for a total of six months.
