Decent Jobs: Vocational Skills Training

Under sub-component 1.3 (Decent Jobs) Vocational Skills Training delivers quality skill training for the targeted beneficiaries based on the curricula of the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), requiring at least 390 hours of training, and to promote gainful employment. The implementing partners are private sector Training and Employment Service Providers (T&Es). This video features stories from previous graduates who, after gaining valuable skills, have gone on to start their own businesses/enterprise or secure jobs (Salaried/Wages). These acquired skills also serve to inspire new trainees, helping them boost their self-confidence as they embark on their own journeys.
