Orientation to the industries of Morang-Sunsari Corridor for developing industry based information system of required human resources as Rapid Market Assessment (RMA) has been conducted on Technical Assistance of Helvetas Nepal under SAMRIDDHI Project.
Federation of Nepalese Chamber of Commerce and Industries (FNCCI) Koshi Province owns the system and will regulate it afterwards.
The institutionalization of the RMA process through FNCCI aims to streamline data collection, analysis and dissemination with primary objective to establish a systematic and efficient mechanism for acquiring real-time labor market data. The users will be the Industries as employers, job seeking youths and also the local Chamber of Commerce and Industries associated with FNCCI.
