Altogether 86% of total apprentices, trained under Leading to Apprenticeship Model -2, have been gainfully employed. Six-month income verification, conducted recently, showed average monthly income of per graduate being NRs. 16, 700. The trainings were conducted through Provincial Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) of Province -1 by collaborating with eight different member industries for industry-based trainings. Trainings on eight different occupations including Garment fabricator, Jute Spinner, Jute Weaver, Machine Operator, were imparted to 284 individuals among whom 64% were women.
